KalyCare – Terms of Use

Welcome to KalyCare. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our services, including our website, mobile applications, communication channels, and other platforms operated by KalyCare (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, including opting in to receive SMS/text messages, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.


1. About KalyCare

KalyCare provides healthcare-related digital services, including but not limited to:

Booking telemedicine consultations with licensed healthcare providers

Accessing and managing electronic medical records (EMRs)

Receiving digital prescriptions, health tips, wellness resources, and care reminders


Please note: KalyCare itself is not a healthcare provider. All medical advice, diagnoses, and treatments are provided exclusively by licensed healthcare professionals.


2. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must create and manage the account on your behalf.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering and using our Platform.

Users previously suspended or banned for violating these Terms are not permitted to re-register.


3. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By opting in to receive SMS/text messages from KalyCare, you agree to the following:

Message Purpose: You may receive messages related to your healthcare services, including appointment confirmations, reminders, prescription updates, lab/test notifications, and service-related alerts.

Message Frequency: Message frequency will vary depending on your activity, typically 1–4 messages per week.

Message & Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply. Please check with your mobile carrier for details.

Opt-Out: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, reply START.

Carrier Liability: Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.


4. Acceptable Use

You agree to: 

Use the Platform only for lawful and intended purposes.

Respect the privacy and confidentiality of other users.

You may not: 

Upload, share, or transmit unlawful, harmful, or offensive content.

Use the Platform for unauthorized or illegal purposes.

Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the operation or security of the Platform.


5. Fees & Payments

Service Fees: Certain services may require payment. Fees will be disclosed before you complete your purchase.

Payment Processing: Payments are securely processed through third-party payment processors.

Independent Medical Judgment: All medical services are delivered by licensed healthcare professionals who are solely responsible for the quality and appropriateness of care.


7. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy 

to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information. 

We will not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.


8. Termination

By You: You may stop using our services or opt out of SMS messaging at any time.

By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account or messaging access for any violation of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.


9. Governing Law
